Our Co-Founder & Director, Megan Anstee, shares her insights.


"When it comes to wellness, I love a trend. Every morning I drink my electrolytes, slather my face with hyaluronic acid and hop on my peloton. I always go for my 15-minute (at least) walk at lunch time, I’m obsessive about getting in 10,000 steps, I write in my gratitude journal and keep track of my macros (ok, sometimes I forget but I try).


I’m also excited to trying new experiences. From longevity to functional fitness, personalised nutrition to athletic travel, these are the wellness trends to explore right now.



Of course, I’m not the only one. According to latest research, the global wellness market is now valued at $1.8 trillion with 73% of UK consumers considering wellness a top or important priority in their everyday lives. This means, there is a captive market for wellness experiences and they can play an important part in your overall event strategy and marketing.
