THE EVENT
Hosted in Portman Square, Summer in the Square is Baker Street Quarter’s flagship event, transforming a typically private space into a vibrant, open-air destination. Free and open to all, the event celebrates Marylebone as a welcoming place to live, work and visit.
For the 3rd year running, we delivered the event end-to-end, overseeing production, programming, partnerships and onsite delivery.
Focused a big screen showing Wimbledon, the event also retained a clear emphasis wellbeing, sustainability and community engagement, the event brought together family-friendly experiences, food and drink, interactive games and a curated programme of wellness activity. Local businesses played a key role throughout, strengthening connections between the event and the surrounding neighbourhood.
Attracting over 17,000 visitors over 6 days, Summer in the Square generated significant footfall and commercial impact for traders, alongside national media coverage that further amplified the event’s reach.
