Can experiences be tailored to different requirements and formats?

We create each of our events according to your requirements and are happy to make suggestions to give you and your guests the best possible experience. We love a challenge!

 

How many people can be booked onto an event?

We have run events for groups of 4 up to 500. Some events work best for certain group sizes, but can be tailored for larger or smaller groups. Talk to us about which activity resonates, what you are looking to achieve and we'll be happy to advise.

 

What is the booking process?

Once you have settled on the details of your virtual experience, we will send you a booking form. Once this is signed, the event will be confirmed!

 

When is payment due?

At point of confirmation, we will send you an invoice for the total cost for the event. To complete the booking, please make payment for the total cost or your event to bank details on the invoice within 3 working days.

 

How do you collect details for your guests?

We will send the organiser a link to a form where guests complete their delivery details, drink choice and any dietary requirements. If you’d prefer to compile the information yourself, we are happy to facilitate. Please ask us for our Privacy Policy if you would like to see it.

 

How does delivery of packages work?

We select different couriers for the specific need and delivery time for your event. We always send packages by tracked delivery and will update you with expected arrivals and timeframe.

 

What platform do you use for the event?

We prefer to use Zoom as this has the best functionality for each of these experiences. However, if you have a preferred platform, we are able to adjust accordingly when informed ahead of time.
