How we launched a new co-working brand’s event programme
Work + Play is a premium co-working space that opened in December 2021 in Finsbury Park. They sought a partner to strategise, curate and deliver a programme of events that would raise awareness of the brand, showcase their offer, activate their space, drive membership sales and engage with the local community.
The Intrepid Collective built a strategy that delivered against key ‘pillars’ of the Work + Play offer. We delivered programme strategy, partnership development, event management, attendee management and supported on marketing.
The Work + Play Launch Events Programme launched in January 2022. With 9 events over 3 weeks, the content spoke to different elements of the Work + Play offer, including fitness classes, comedy night, drinks tasting and a large-scale launch party. Where possible, we worked with local partners to drive community engagement.
The events created a bank of marketing collateral, through event photography and videography, showcasing the space and diversity of the offer.
The events were well received by members, prospects, the local community and guests. The programme built momentum to membership acquisition and showcased all elements of the offer to prospects.
