VICTORIA BID

How we used an experiential installation to promote businesses.

THE CHALLENGE

Victoria BID were looking for an interactive Valentine's Day installation for Victoria station. The activation needed to promote local businesses, drive traffic to the Victoria BID website and social pages and connect to wider activity from South Westminster BID.

THE SOLUTION

We created the 'Love Victoria' activation, where passengers and passers-by could leave notes of love for friends, family and the community.

Working with our production team to build the large scale frame, we built a fully branded installation and manufactured over 1,000 heart shapes for love notes to be left on.

THE EXPERIENCE

The 'Love Victoria' frame, encouraged members of the public to write notes to loved ones and share on social media using #LoveVictoria.

Our fantastic team were on hand to speak to participants about local business offers and assist with taking part in the competition.

A celebration of love, the installation attracted attention on the station floor. "This has made my day" was frequently heard from busy commuters who took time to take part. The campaign achieved a strong social media reach.

THE IMPACT

During the 6-day activation, local businesses saw a higher-than-average redemption rate seen on bespoke offers.

“The design and delivery of the activation was beyond what we expected and the engagement numbers were outstanding.

We will certainly be using them again and would recommend them to other organisations searching for a reliable, creative and cost effective events agency.”
