Virtual Showcase

With over 1,200 international attendees, the Miss Jones PA Virtual Showcase brought together this online community for a large-scale digital conference.

We provided event management for the 2-day targeted programme, including round tables which provided a much-needed networking opportunity in backdrop of 2020.

The event included an expo, where brands were able to meet and promote their services to potential buyers. Key sponsorship and stakeholders included Soho House and The Office Group.

Winter Warmers & Wonders Live

We marketed and delivered a weekend long virtual Festival of seasonal content. This included experiential workshops, where attendees had kits delivered to their doors, and entertainment, including Gospel Choir performances and Santa's Story time.

The event was targeted at local residents, playing a key role in the overall year strategy to put this new high end complex at the heart of the community.

The event was attended by over 500 households with 96% of attendees saying they would recommend future events from Greenford Quay to a friend or colleague.

Event Programme

We curated, marketed and delivered a monthly programme of cost-neutral events to American Express’ premium cardmembers around themes of luxury and lifestyle.

 

The events served to engage cardmembers, differentiating the American Express product to other cards on the market. The events also reflected value back onto event partners and brands for being American Express merchants.

 

Event partners included Burberry, Hackett, Vacheron Constantin, Stephen Einhorn, Fortnum & Mason and Home House.

FAST FORWARD 15

The Soaring 20's Charity Fundraiser

Originally planned as a live event, the Fast Forward 15 charity event in aid of Girls Rock London, was one of the earliest adopters of the 'pivot' to virtual.

 

We quickly moved the fundraiser to a brand new date and brand new format. Keeping the essence of the planned live experience, the programme featured a cocktail masterclass, live speakers with Q&As, raffle, auction and musical performances.

The event raised was featured in Conference News, M&IT Magazine and Event Industry News, raising over £5,000 for charity.
